I contracted first legal solicitors on December 24 regarding dump and mould in my house, they acted on behalf of my quickly and professionally. They got in touch with my landlord and sort out all the paperwork accordingly, but my landlord didn't do the Disrepair work mentioned in the surveyor report. It took months until the landlord agreed to a small amount of compensation but not work has been done yet in my house.
