You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.
