Excellent service. I cannot praise Arran enough for getting us across that finish line. They say house buying is one of the most stressful things to do in life and it certainly was in our situation. Great frustration due to the management company of the flats not providing the required management pack, attempts having been made several times to acquire the said pack. The final outcome has been entirely satisfactory.

The team are very helpful but I did find I had to do a lot of chasing to get information about the progress of the case and unfortunately I had to go through the mortgage application twice as the offer had expired by the time we came to complete so this did delay the matter which I understand was partly my fault as I did not realise there was an expiry date. I am not aware of what the hold up was as I paid all of the outstanding amounts as soon as the requests were sent and any documents were signed and sent back in a timely manner so I can only assume the hold up was with the firm. Despite this, the case has now completed and I am grateful of the work that has been done and it was reassuring to me that I had people working on the case with extensive knowledge and experience with lease extensions.
