A proactive supportive service. Buying and selling property is not easy when you are older but with Jane Williams at the helm it becomes stress free. I have used this Branch of the Company numerous times. Jane certainly is a perfectionist and responds to all the queries instantly. Answering every email within minutes, often at the weekend. Her team are equally deserving praise, especially Emma who supported me throughout. The loss of a buyer, working with difficult unresponsive Managing Agents and other challenging setbacks. All dealt with, not only professionally but also promptly.

His approach was accessible, transparent and highly efficient throughout, and his thoughtful approach helped us to navigate a particularly complex house purchase. We are full of gratitude.

I have recently used Thomas Flavell for the sale of my leasehold property. I was extremely impressed with everything that they did for me . I mainly dealt with a lady called Paige Gunn who couldn’t have been more helpful. I never had reason to visit their office as everything was dealt with very promptly by E mail . All my queries were answered straight away which I have never known from a solicitor before !! I would definitely recommend them and thanks again to Paige .

Clare has been my solicitor multiple times now, handling both the buying and selling of a leasehold and the purchase of a freehold. I would thoroughly recommend her to my friends and family. The whole team at Blacks Solicitors have been a delight to work with, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you, Clare, for all your hard work over the past 18 months!

Jody and the team at Atkins Dellow who handled the sale of my leasehold property worked extremely hard to get the sale done, the process proved extremely difficult as the freeholder had changed causing much delay and frustration, without the constant chasing and determination from the team I’m am convinced the sale would have fallen through . They kept we and the buyers solicitors well informed at all times .

Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!

I was recommended by my friend to Tahir. I am thankful for this referral as Tahir dealt with complex sale transactions very professionally. He is the best equipped with knowledge.
