We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.

Throughout our process both Jaiker and Emma kept us informed and up to date via emails and calls. Great service and professional. Definitely hats off to them both on the actual day of our move, keeping us informed!! It’s our third time using Straw and Pearce Solicitors !!

What a great company to handle all my property purchases, lease extensions and will writing matters. Expert advice, professional and personalised service. You really are in safe hands with Mark Feely and his experienced team. So pleased to have been recommended to them over 10 years ago. Just completed another purchase for me in a very difficult market. Well done!

Exceptional service. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and approachable. Would recommend and will use again.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

I dealt with Brachers on behalf of my sister in selling her home, following her admission to a care home. It was an absolute privilege to be looked after by Karen who guided me through a frustrating sales experience and I was grateful for her guidance and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed excellent and friendly service at every stage.

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

I have received advice from Alsters Kelley over a range of areas from writing my own Will, releasing money held by a French bank to tenancy issues on a let property in London. In all I have found them to be approachable, swift to respond and supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Melody supported me massively throughout my property purchase. As a first-time buyer, I was guided through every step of the process, and she ensured the purchase was truly worthwhile. I highly recommend her services. Thanks Melody!
