As Executor for my recently deceased Aunt it fell to me to sell my Aunt's flat. I engaged Maitland Walker to assist with the sale. Throughout the process I felt fully supported and informed. I would happily instruct again.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Onyeka. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic!! Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done, but Onyeka was there every step of the way, keeping us updated, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. She was always been quick to respond to emails, incredibly thorough and so patient with all of our questions. We always felt like our case was in safe hands, and her communication throughout was excellent. What makes her service even more impressive is that she managed to get us from our offer being accepted to exchanging and completing in just two months. We know that isn’t something that happens by chance, and it’s a real testament to how organised, proactive and dedicated she is. It’s clear how hard she works, and we genuinely appreciate everything she has done to get us over the finish line. We can’t thank her enough for all of her support and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much, Onyeka – you’ve been amazing!

I had an excellent experience working with Ash Islam at Rose & Rose. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed throughout the process. His attention to detail and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciate his expertise and support, and I would highly recommend him and the firm to anyone in need of legal assistance.

My case was dealt with the upmost professionalism from beginning to conclusion.(7months) Regaining your property from a problem tenant is one of the most stressful situations I have had the displeasure of, for a long time. It is a practical mine field full of pitfalls ready to trip you up, if not handled correctly. Denise and Rikki Lee gave me all the info and direction required to positively evict the tenants and regain control of my property. A Big Thank you to them both, they did a great job.

From the first moment of engagement with Tamara the expertise, knowledge and professionalism shined through. Tips and issue resolution left me feeling very reassured I was in very good hands. Would highly recommend Tamara.

We truly appreciate your speed and efficiency and am keeping your details for whenever we might need a solicitor again.

In helping me to buy my first property (which of course I was initially nervous about), they have worked wonders and kept me updated every step of the way. Amy in particular has been very helpful and informative, and answered any queries I had thoroughly. I'm very grateful to her, for all her hard work. Thankyou. Keep up the good work
