I used Andrew this year to assist me with a housing disrepair claim. From start to finish, he made the whole process completely stress free, i was constantly kept up to date with the progress, and thanks to his help we were successful. I would 100% reccommend Both Andrew and Bond turner

I am so.impressed with the service provided by Louise and Lucinda. Always ready to answer the phone and be pro active on my behalf. Thank you so much.

Daniel Evans at Devonalds Church Village was the solicitor we used for the purchase of our first home. Although a stressful life experience, Daniel helpfully chased responses and reports for us in a timely way, explained what we needed explaining, and when we hit a snag with some of the issues with our home he worked to ensure these would not cause us any issues or stress in the future. The whole team were responsive and friendly, their professionalism not wavering even though we were very much on their tail. The Devonalds app also made communications easy, and is a huge plus point to using Devonalds. Thank you very much for the experience we have had - it was fantastic. Megan & Nick Kyte

I can't thank Janine & Arlene enough for how quickly & professionaly they helped with the sale of my dad's house. I was kept informed on every step.

Throughout our process both Jaiker and Emma kept us informed and up to date via emails and calls. Great service and professional. Definitely hats off to them both on the actual day of our move, keeping us informed!! It’s our third time using Straw and Pearce Solicitors !!

Mark and his team deftly navigated my purchase, and prior sale, helping me swerve 2 disaster properties (one false advertising from Portico Dulwich, the other non-fire safe – with no firm plan or proposal from the managing agent regarding fixing it). They steered through very choppy waters to enable me to sail into the sunset with my final beautiful property, which turned out to be the best yet – and no legal issues either. I can only thank them whole heartedly and continue to recommend them to family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

Exceptional service. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and approachable. Would recommend and will use again.

The sale of my property went very smooth. Thanks to team at mbh. I would highly recommend if you need solicitor to help with you conveyancing.

Miss Chan was most helpful through a difficult time, both flat and house. Can't thank her and Tracy and Di enough.

I recently used Ashtons Legal services to handle the conveyancing on my late parents property. Following a recommendation, I requested that Naomi Everett take on the work. I have been more than satisfied by the service provided. Importantly we have been kept well informed during the process and issues that cropped up were dealt with smoothly. A friendly and professional service. Should I ever need conveyancing services again I would not hesitate to use Naomi and Ashtons again.
