As first time buyers we were very anxious about the whole process. We’d heard lots of stressful stories about the process and was anxious on what to expect but for our experience this couldn’t be more wrong. Whilst we had a pretty complex purchase due to issues with the property, Sidraa was great. She was all over everything and so knowledgeable. We had a tight deadline to when our mortgage offer ran out and Sidraa made it all happen. When there was some challenges with the house and I was stressed Sidraa was empathetic and guided us through what was needed on the phone, this was reassuring and helpful.
