I honestly couldn’t recommend Lee and Emily enough. They helped me with a dispute involving an ex-partner and money in connection with my property, which was a really stressful situation for me. From the start, they were so helpful and understanding. They listened to me, never made me feel judged, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. They were also really good at keeping me updated, and I always felt like my case was in safe hands. They dealt with everything efficiently, and thankfully the matter was resolved very quickly with a successful outcome. Trustworthy Honest ..They gave me a price and that is the price I paid which is very rare. They were very patient great communicators but most of all they look after you and protect you I knew that as much as it's frustrating and stressful buying a house they were making sure that I was protected and everything was legal.I would recommend Holly and her team to anyone purchasing a house 🏠

First time using Banners Jones Solicitors, Chesterfield for conveyancing. Fantastic service from Lucy Pearson and her property team. We sold two houses and purchased another at the same time. Professional service and understanding throughout from the team, despite the stressful situation we were in from our cash buyer, who demanded everything done her way and to her timescales. We had wanted to pull out of this sale on a few occasions but kept grounded by the team and eventually the sale and purchase completed, although not at the same time and we found ourselves homeless for a week even though Lucy gad advised us not to complete on our sale until the purchase was ready. We did complete on the sale and went away, having to make the best of a bad situation. Thank you to everyone in the Lucy Pearson Property Team for all your help and patience.

Jake Coy has been the assigned solicitor to support myself and my 3 siblings to assist us after our father's death. Jake is always approachable, friendly whilst still being professional, keeps everyone informed and updated. He has travelled to our local office so that we can meet him face to face, as well as always available by phone or e mail, if out of office when I have called, he promptly returns my call. I would recommend Banner Jones Solicitors to help in these difficult times.
