I used Whitehead Monkton for a recent sale of my property. I have used Susan Waterman in previous sales/purchases with excellent service and results. Susan Waterman and her assistant Jo Morton are extremely professional, meticulous, understanding, caring and easy to talk to, explaining exactly what was needed and being done. I would certainly use them in future and I do not hesitate to recommend both of them and the Company for whom they work.

Professional service. All members of the team responded quickly to queries. Clear instructions and processes. Good communications.

My experience with Sweeney Miller Law firm has been excellent from start to finish. Zeeshan has been amazing during this process, his professionalism and clear communication this the whole process smooth & stress free. Just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for everything appreciate all your help!

Very professional and at the same time personal experience. nothing too much trouble, MBH provided some very good advice.

I have been dealing with Roger Matharoo since Dec 2022 on a variety of property matters. From the initial "web enquiry" up to todays date, Roger has been a pleasure to deal with. He works swiftly, explains anything needed and is very patient when faced with difficult situations and the multiple questions that I have fired at him! Having had bad experiences with solicitors in the past who have taken far too long to respond and not been knowledgeable, Roger, and indeed everyone I have dealt with at Martin Tolhurst have been exemplary , I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Wonderful service from George and Natalie on the sale of my house, went so smoothly, was kept up to date at every point, and would highly recommend George and his team at Gepps. Thank you

We found it very stressful filling in the forms but Sara (Stella's secretary) was a phone call away with advice. More co-operation between solicitor & estate agents would be good!

Great experience, would never look anywhere else to complete on a property purchase. Pardeep and Estella were absolutely great throughout the whole process. Will be recommending to all my network.

This was a very straight-forward sale of a property and Brindley Twist Tafft and James were professional, and prompt in doing the necessary conveyancing on my behalf. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Mashura Siddika highly enough. Having used RFB for more than ten years and worked with several solicitors at the firm, I can honestly say that the service I received from Mashura was exceptional. Throughout the sale of my property, she was consistently professional, patient and highly responsive. After two previous sales had fallen through, the process was understandably stressful, but Mashura remained positive and encouraging and helped me maintain hope that we would finally reach completion. She always replied promptly to my questions and kept me informed at every stage. When the sellers’ solicitors were slow to respond, she was appropriately firm and persistent while remaining professional and respectful. I always felt that she was protecting my interests and doing everything possible to move matters forward. I am immensely grateful to Mashura for her expertise, care and determination in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion. She is an outstanding solicitor and a tremendous credit to RFB. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Hannah was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about shared ownership properties. She worked very hard to get my sale through under difficult circumstances. I would thoroughly recommend using Hannah for any property sale or purchase. I have used FJG before and found them to be very professional in all aspects of conveyancing
