I read some of the reviews in here and couldn’t agree more with the glowing commendation of Kavitha and her team. I had the same excellent experience for the sale of my late brother in law’s flat. What I really appreciate is how “empathetic” Kavitha was in her dealings with me, and the way she stuck to her legal advice when it would be easier to compromise to get the sale through. Kavitha and her team had to deal with a very difficult sale – 1st time buyers; solicitor who was difficult, unresponsive and disorganised; and a leased property with a Section 20 hanging over it. Add to that she had to deal with several maintenance companies; and a dysfunctional RTM ! We also had to overcome the recent cyber hack which Kavitha/ team dealt with effectively - unlike “the opposition” where we had to resend documents just to help out to get the sale exchanged and completed within 2 to 3 days. It wasn’t even an expensive property, but the service provided was just the same! The dealings with Kavitha were the only bright spark during a very difficult period winding up the estate. So thanks Kavitha and all the best for the future.
