Best Shared & Multi Ownership Solicitors in Tiverton

“This is the third time I have dealt with Louise Langabeer at Slee Blackwell Solicitors in Barnstaple. I would thoroughly recommend her and her team for straight talking conveyancing. Louise or one of her team are prompt in replying to questions and they have just assisted my son in selling his shared ownership flat in Braunton . This was completed in a very short timeframe in a difficult market and with the added complexity of a shared ownership property. I would not hesitate in recommending.”

“My husband and I just recently sold our 50% shared ownership house with Heylo Housing and we appointed Amicus Law as our solicitor to assist us due to their experience and expertise in this field. The completion of the sale took slightly longer than expected but Amicus Law's legal team has always kept us in the loop on what is happening and which stage of the process we are in. Upon completion, there was a slight error in the completion statement due to information given inaccurately by Heylo's solicitor, however Fran Dyer and Gary Voysey at Amicus Law, the Shared Ownership Legal team identified the error very quickly and also resolved it very quickly to avoid further delays. I would highly recommend Amicus Law based on my personal experience. They have been amazing throughout. If I had any question, I could give them a ring and chat or email and they response very quickly too. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Fran Dyer, Linda Perry and Gary Voysey for supporting us throughout. What an incredible team. Thank you!”

“I highly recommend Clare Stanbury of Every's Solicitors, Sidmouth for all property conveyancing matters. Efficient, responsive and quick.”
