Shared and multi-ownership covers when more than one person owns a home, including joint ownership, tenancy in common, and co-ownership agreements. A solicitor drafts and reviews equity and occupancy deeds, negotiates and registers changes of ownership, and handles disputes between co-owners, such as exits, buy-outs, or sale instructions. They also advise on mortgage rights, service charges, and title implications to protect each owner’s legal and financial position.

“Fantastic communication from Natalie and rest of the team. Felt like the only seamless part of our house sale and really helped fight our corner when everything got a bit complex with our sale and further chain. Cannot fault the service one bit!”
