Farani Taylor represented me for my flat purchase, which was completed in November. Buying a flat can be tedious and stressful, but Milka and Ijaz’s work ethic and attention to detail kept everything on track and made the process much smoother. They identified even the smallest issues, recommended efficient solutions, and were consistently accessible via phone and email. Couldn't recommend them more and very grateful for their help.

We recently worked with Conor Greenan for our house purchase and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the whole process, and we always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps were. Any questions we had were explained in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped reduce the stress of buying a property. The whole transaction was completed smoothly and on time, and we felt fully supported during every stage of the purchase. We would absolutely recommend Conor Greenan to anyone buying a home and would happily use them again in the future. Also, special thanks to Gillian Brown, Mandy Terrace and Stace Hamilton for helping and making the purchase smooth.

It was a great pleasure using Ella for the sale of my property and purchase of my new property. Her communication was excellent , I’d quite often sit down on an evening doing the required paper work and asking questions (expecting a reply the next day) but would often get a reply promptly. She has amazing knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing and was able to advise with any questions that I had. I felt very confident using Ella through the whole process, I would highly recommend Ella to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell a property. Everything went very smoothly, Ella made the whole process seem very simple due to her experience and ability to deal with any problems immediately without the need for complications . Thank you for all your work

I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. It was so stressful but they were so supportive and we can't thank them enough. Totally recommend using this firm for both sales and purchases.

Tom Bodkin and his colleagues provided fantastic support to resolve my dispute with the freehold owner of my flat.

Nicole from Barnstaple was extremely helpful and patient whilst we dealt with endless queries from our building society. She put everything in place for a speedy exchange and completion ensuring that we completed before the Stamp Duty change. Costs were very reasonable and competitive. Very happy with our experience of Slee Blackwell and would have no hesitation in recommending them and using their service again.

Excellent service resulting in a hassle free process. A special thank you to your apprentice solicitor Holly and Christeen Allen for guiding us through the process Very professional and excellent client care service.

This was a great experience as a first time buyer that was made so much easier thanks to the help and guidance of Megan and team. They were clear communicators throughout and kept us up to date on all happenstance leaving us with no worries about what was happening on their end and this left us with a greatly positive experience. They were honest, professional and friendly throughout the process that left us at ease and comfortable to progress things on our end stress free. Megan and team were both timely and informative with all of our queries throughout the process which allowed us to take the correct actions in a timely manner ourselves. Overall, it's been a pleasure to work with Megan and couldn't have asked for a better first time buyers experience. Thank you.
