Excellent service. I cannot praise Arran enough for getting us across that finish line. They say house buying is one of the most stressful things to do in life and it certainly was in our situation. Arran was always calm, direct and clear in what was happening. He was very thorough and exactly what we needed to rely on. We exchanged on the 17/12 and completed on the 19/12, just days before Christmas, an intense time, but Arran and Lorraine got the job done and we would like to thank them and their team for all their hard work.

Stephanie was such a blessing to me in what could have been a very confusing process of buying my first home! She was always so professional, clear and when we did speak on the phone, she radiated kindness and warmth. I’m extremely happy and I wish Stephanie all the best of success in the future! She is amazing!

fantastic service from these.. eleanor in particular has been outstanding. superfast service and very efficient.

Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.

Thank you it so help with bond turner team i appretiate about everthing thank you so much joshua very please obout the work .

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.

Beverly Davinson dealt with the sale of my property and Mark Feely dealt with the harrowing journey of my property purchase with Colin Rogers covering when Mark was unavailable. The team have been amazing from start to finish. My purchase turned into a nightmare situation but not by the David Barney team. Mark Feely kept me updated throughout the process even when there was no positive updates to give as did Colin in Marks’ absence. For such an emotional journey I was treated with compassion and understanding from Mark and Colin who clearly understood the emotional journey along side the physical bricks, mortar and financial side of things. They were professional yet didn’t make me feel like a file of paperwork sitting on their desk which can really make it all feel less daunting. And for such a life changing situation, a little compassion and understanding can go a long way for such a scary and at times lonely situation. Thank you to the team for everything. I am now in my new home which at times felt like it wouldn’t happen but Mark supported me throughout and I can hand on heart recommend using Mark Feely for a property purchase. These guys are working hard long hours behind the scenes even when it feels like nothing is happening.

I was thoroughly happy with all aspects of the house selling process. Good communication and I was kept well informed.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.
