I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

I highly recommend Harold Coombe and Lucy Bradley of Ronald Flecther Baker LLP. I purchased my first home about two and a half years ago, and they both were my conveyancing solicitors. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was losing hope when the seller did not respond to our queries just before exchanging contracts.
