Having just completed the sale of our family home, acting as Power of Attorney for my mother, I was grateful for the guidance given by Kavitha Rajah and her team. The whole legal process happened really smoothly and I appreciated the efficiency and calm way it was handled.

Emily Boam recently helped me with my sale and purchase transactions. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed by the high level of service and would definitely recommend her to others.

A huge thank you to Danielle and team. I used Danielle for the purchase of my first property in 2022 and after such a good experience I have used them again for my recent sale and purchase. Danielle has been amazing, answered every query we had and really went above and beyond for us, even the post-completion issues. All round 3 very positive experiences with Danielle and I would recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you again

We used Smith and CO for a slightly complicated house sale. The sail took place during covid lockdown and we were kept updated at every stage. The sale went through very smoothly and extremely professionally.

Had an idea of what I needed to do. Julie talked through the alternatives and the potential outcomes. Gave clear independent advice in a manner which was easy to understand. Did not rush our decision making. Excellent outcome.
