      I began my journey with Thomson’s not knowing what to expect and very quickly my fears were put at ease by the kind and caring nature of Emma. Professional to the hilt she helped me to feel that I mattered and enabled me to tell my story of the abuse I suffered as a child in a care setting. In doing so I was able to have my story told and my voice heard. The local authorities admitted liability and this led to a successful and more than satisfactory outcome to my case. I would thoroughly recommend Emma and Thomson’s to anyone out there who has gone through any kind of historic abuse. The care and respect you get from day 1 is second to none
