After almost four years since I was seriously assaulted my case finally came to settlement last week.
The time taken was down to my criminal court case constantly being delayed by the other side and therefore delaying my civil case.
Nathalie kept me updated throughout and although sometimes not easy to get an appointment with her, I was very happy with her help and knowledge.
I’m so pleased that this nightmare is over and with the settlement that was reached.

Robert Cranston has been dealing with my dog bite claim for the last few years. He has worked tirelessly on my behalf - commissioning medico-legal reports, liaising repeatedly with the Sheriffs, sending many letters to the owner of the dog - which were never answered - and, most of all, his superb communication with myself. He has telephoned me on several occasions prior to this recent settlement of my claim - and sent me numerous in depth emails, updating me on action(s) taken. It must have been very challenging for Robert, as the dog's owner ignored all letters etc. It was a wonderful surprise when Robert telephoned me today, 10th February 2025, to let me know that I was to receive £15,000 for personal injury compensation. Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer.

This place actually did reply to my email pretty quickly to say sorry to hear about my situation but that unfortunately it wasn't something they deal with.
So I don't really have any proper experience with them but at least them got back to me and seemed nice so giving 5 stars based on that :)
