Compensation for lost time injury
From start of case to receiving settlement Robert was very approachable and honest throughout
I’m sure my case proved to be a challenge for all involved but got the outcome I feel I deserved due to Robert and Thompsons commitment throughout

Great guidance and support
Robert and his team have provided really great support and guidance over what has been an almost 5 year process. Having never been in this situation before I wouldn’t have known what to expect or what was reasonable but I have had support each step of the way. Should I have to go through something like this again I would hope to be allocated the same team. Thank you!

Service
Robert has kept me up to date with the case on a regular basis. One of things i appreciated is when i received a call from him, he always checked to see if it was ok for me to talk. This was very much appreciated due to working in a school it can be difficult at times to take calls and chat. Robert advised me when an offer was made, advising me it was possible to be offered slightly more. Refusing to accept the first offer another offer was made which was slight higher. I appreciate all the hard work which has gone into my claim. Well done and thank you very much.

Personal Injury Claim
Robert Cranston at Thompsons Solicitors was a pleasure to deal with. Right from the start communication was clear, with Robert explaining the process of my claim and the likely prospect of success. Contact was often done direct with Robert, which was great, however, when it was done through Thompsons secretaries they were always polite, courteous, friendly, professional and above all, they listened. I was updated regularly on each step of my case and communication was good with clear advice.
I would reccomend Robert Cranston and Thompsons Solicitors and would use them again.

Personal Injury Claim
I went to Thompson Solicitors for a personal injury claim, and this was the best decision I ever made, They were professional, told me from the start, it would take time, as they needed to gain all legal knowledge / rights for this claim. They kept me updated throughout, easy to understand.
