    After having an accident at work I could not have had a better team to represent me from the start to the end of the process, I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Cranston who was fantastic no matter the issue, if I had a question big or small it was always met with the same level of professionalism on the phone through email or teams. There was always quick, clear and honest advice given, a very proactive approach taken through out the case and very knowledgeable in everything he had done.     Great company and excellent communicators

    I claimed for a personal injury compensation and contacted this company via my trade union. In the early months and year there was a few changes in lawyers staffing which caused this delay. My current lawyer Mr Robert Cranston has been excellent in his communication, honesty and use of language whilst dealing with my case. He explained that due to the council not admitting liability it may be difficult to persue this. However, he had felt that there was a chance and that I should proceed. His advice was given in a clear,concise manner and also was kind in his understanding of my injuries and my wellbeing . I also appreciated his honesty and the timelines he gave me made me feel more relaxed and saved me from worrying that there was any delays and that things were moving on. I would also like to mention Alix Stewart, Trainee Solicitor who I have also spoken to on the telephone and she was very pleasant and clear in any communication.
