I had an accident at work which resulted in a lengthy time absent from work. My Union rep put me in touch with Thompson solicitors and Richard took on my case. After a lot of to and fro between Richard and the other party’s solicitors a resolution was reached at the 11th hour. Richard was very generous with his time and thorough with his advise in this ‘new to me’ situation. I honestly never expected to have to deal with this experience and sincerely hope I never do again but it was made so much more smooth and stress free on our part that I would never hesitate to contact Richard again. We owe him a debt of gratitude.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professionally handled and kept up to date with progress at all times. Everything was explained throughout the whole process and legal terms /prosesses explained clearly. Had two video calls with Richard as well as emails with responses from third party. Richard was courteous and professional throughout and I have recommended Thompsons on several ocassions since. Richard was outstanding both during and bringing the case to a quick conclusion.
