In England, the Scale Up work area covers the Scale Up visa route for non‑UK workers who have a qualifying scale‑up job offer endorsed by a recognised Scale‑Up sponsor. The visa is aimed at helping rapidly growing businesses attract skilled staff to drive expansion. A solicitor practising in this area helps clients gather and present the evidence, secure the sponsor endorsement, complete the visa application, and manage extensions or settlement proceedings, liaising with UK Visas and Immigration and the sponsor as needed.
