My wife was refused a EUSS visa due partly to bureaucratic inflexibility but mainly to our naive approach to our application. Although we could have appealed the decision it would have taken about half a year so, on advice from OTB Legal, we decided to follow the standard Family (Spouse) Visa route for a quicker result. Initial communication with OTB Legal was good; my first telephone enquiry was returned within 2 hours, further questions and advice via email was also fast. Unfortunately our original solicitor took ill and the case was taken over by Mark Lilley-Tams, the transistion from one solicitor to the other was seamless, quick and efficient. We decided to stay with OTB Legal past the advice stage, through the application stage right up to the "decision" stage and we are both glad that we did. We were given very good advice about what extra documents and evidence to include in the application, all of which was thoroughly checked by Mark. All communication with Mark whether by telephone, email or video conference was quick and efficient. I know 100% sucess cannot be guaranteed by any solicitor but I don't think we could have had a better chance of obtaining my wife's visa other than with OTB Legal. Happily to say that after a short delay due to events in Ukraine my wife has now received her Family Visa. Thank you Mark, thank you OTB Legal.
