    “We have a particularly unpleasant neighbour. 17 years ago after 5 years or more of legal correspondence we attended a mediation hearing over a boundary issue, after which all parties signed an agreement and a determined boundary was submitted successfully to Land Registry. My neighbour never reconciled himself to this, accusing all parties of corruption, and refused to abide by the agreement to such an extent that he eventually built a structure across the determined boundary. We felt forced to go to law and were recommended to Mrs. Bhavani Hogarty at Pardoes in Yeovil by the surveyor who did work for us in 2009. Ultimately we attended a Summary Judgment hearing achieving success which was entirely due to the hard work put in by my excellent lawyer and her chosen barrister Mr. Edward Peters KC.”
