I had the pleasure in Dealing with Elle Hall in Probate and also Abigail Windle in Conveyancing. I can`t recommend these to ladies Highly enough, great communication throughout and Abigail even answering emails outside of work hours. Both ladies are a credit to MBH and they should be proud to have them working for them. I would give Elle 5* and Abigail 7* if I could give 7, just for going above and beyond on answering the emails outside of working ours which I didnt expect a reply to until the day after. Work/ Life balance Abigail :)

Have always found Heringtons to be efficient and friendly. Make you feel relaxed and explain some of the more technical issues in a way that is easily understandable for a mere mortal. Liz Nevey has recently held my hand through applying for LPOA and I couldnt have done it without her - and her team.

We entrusted W&AS Bruce to prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney for both my wife and me. The whole process was handled very efficiently from start to finish, with sincere thanks to Robyn MacNeil. Additionally, we received clarification on behalf of my mum regarding her own Will and the full extent of her long standing Power of Attorney, which she had been unsure about. It was reassuring for her to know that everything was as she expected and that all documents were securely held. Legal matters can often be time consuming and complicated, but with the help of Robyn and the staff at W&AS Bruce, we felt we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout, and the whole process was far easier than we anticipated. We would happily recommend the services of Robyn and the solicitors as a whole to any prospective clients.

I was very happy with the services received. I could not meet in person but we had a video call and I was happy. He took time to explain, I understood and made my choice. I am happy to recommend him to anybody, family and friends.

Meg streamlined the process dealing with my parents estates and trust matters simultaneously with the added complexity of a beneficiary being tax domiciled on France. Communication with Meg was prompt, professional and easily understood, which made life easy. Meg was recommended to us, and we in turn would recommend Meg.

We had a great experience with Rachel Hanson at the Ilkley office. She was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable which contributed to it being a stress free transaction.

I recently used Borneo Martell Turner Coulston to write my will, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the first meeting, Susan was friendly, clear, and reassuring. Susan's calm, professional approach made what can, for some, be a daunting and emotional process, straightforward and stress-free. Susan explained everything in plain English, answered all questions patiently, and supported ably by Leanne ensured the final document truly reflected my wishes and that every detail was accurate and in line with what I wanted. I appreciated that during the process I felt listened to and respected. I'm grateful to all at BMTC for making the process so smooth. I recommend them to anyone seeking expert, compassionate support on such legal matters.
