I have worked with Chelsie for many years on an array of different transactions, whether that be a freehold acquisition, refinance, lease event or a straight forward leasehold disposal. Having worked with many different legal firms over the years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Chelsie and in turn Elliot Mather are beyond the 'good' end of that spectrum. I always seem to have more than one job on with Chelsie at anyone time, some easier than other. Her attention to detail and level of communication is exceptional and enables her to run rings round Partners at National Law firms on the other side of the transactions, which is why I continue to push significant amount of business Chelsie's way! Could not recommend more!
