      I really needed a Solicitor who understood the terms and conditions that apply to NHS staff employed under Agenda for Change, as this changes some of the rights that normally apply under current employment laws. My employer argued that their Fixed Term Policy removed my right to redundancy, despite my many years continuous NHS service with different NHS Trusts. Henry, although on holiday at the time, responded via his excellent team and set up an appointment for his first day back. He reviewed my documents and via a Teams call, he confirmed my legal position and options. He advised a pragmatic approach that would avoid an expensive drawn out process. Following his advice, I wrote again to my employer. They responded within 24 hours to confirm that they had reviewed their policy, and accepted my claim. I am delighted to confirm that my redundancy pay came through today.
