We contacted Dan having used your firm for the recent sale and purchase of our house using your firm. We required Corporate Litigation to try and get back £4300 we paid to rent a house for 6 weeks that was not fit for purpose. Dan was always straight with us in our dealings and eventually we agreed that on a cost benefit analysis basis, we would have to drop the case - it could have cost nearly £10000 to pursue and not get the costs back. My only concern is the fees involved - £350 per hour plus VAT is way out of the reach of ordinary people such as ourselves and stops them from pursuing justice - just a thought.
