I have felt very fortunate to have had Elizabeth as the solicitor at the head of my claim, she has been incredibly professional and thorough throughout, whilst simultaneously being very supportive, empathetic, and ensuring I was completely informed at all times. During my recovery from my accident at work and other life events I have struggled at times with communication and memory amongst other things, of which Elizabeth has gone above and beyond to make sure that processes have been of little stress to me as possible and has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout, again hugely empathetic and also ensured processes with the claim ran smoothly. She has updated me regularly throughout and quickly responded to emails and enquiries. She has a wonderful manner and is professional and polite, but importantly is also easy to get on with and talk to. I have felt very reassured by her and ‘looked after’ as such throughout the entire process. She ensured the case was solid and strong and all aspects covered throughout, resulting in a positive outcome with an out of court settlement offer. She has gone above and beyond in my opinion and I’ve felt truly supported by her throughout the process. The result not only was positive in terms of compensation payment but it has helped restore my confidence and made me feel heard and listened to. I can continue recovery now which would not have been accessible in terms of therapy etc without her and her teams hard work.
