      The Bakshi Dhanda team acted on my behalf handling a complex purchase of an investment property in line with a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) costs agreed by the council and to a stringent auction purchase deadline of 4 weeks to complete. They handled the transaction with confidence and the utmost professionalism. They were extremely thorough and ensured that all the costs were awarded to me by the council. They completed all aspects of the paperwork in a timely manner and with clear and concise communication, which i was extremely impressed with. I have now used Gepp and Sons conveyancing team for a number of property related matters and cannot praise them enough. I will definitely continue to use this firm and highly recommend them.
