I was presented with Gross Misconduct Allegations back in July 2022 where I was assigned Mark as my legal solicitor. He has been dealing with my case for two and a half years where yesterday I was cleared on all allegations with no case to answer. Mark has been from the outset exceptional. He explained everything in detail and never left me to worry. Undoubtably I had moments of worry and I was quite distressed. He did nothing but support me and reassured me. He always let me know I could phone him whatever time if I had any queries or questions. He kept me informed at all times and explained everything down to a tee. He instructed again, exceptional barristers who also assisted with the no case to answer outcome. I cannot thank Mark enough for his help over the last two and a half years. I will be eternally grateful for him for everything he has done.

I wanted to thank Helen and the team at Johnson Astills for all their help when representing me during my case. Helen’s legal knowledge is second to none, and I was extremely impressed with her proactive approach as well as her friendly and honest communication. I was kept informed of any updates throughout the process. If I had any questions then I knew that I would receive a prompt response or an invite to meet and talk. As a client, I definitely felt reassured and confident that my case was being handled with the utmost care at all stages. All of this is to say I wouldn't hesitate to have Helen and Johnson Astills represent me again (though I hope I never have to in the nicest way possible!). I’m very happy that they were able to achieve the best outcome given all the circumstances, and I would recommend them to anyone.
