The entire process with Tina and her assistant Jess has been smooth and easy. As a first time buyer I found the process daunting but everything was explained and well communicated.

Easthams Solicitors Ltd did a great job of conveyancing the sale of my deceased mother's house in Birmingham. It was a fairly straightforward sale, although there were a few complications relating to annual management fees for a conservation area. It soon became apparent the buyer's solicitor (a different company) seemed much less experienced than the team at Easthams, who ended up providing a lot of guidance to the other company. Overall, everything proceeded in a controlled and predictable fashion. From accepting the offer to completing the sale took 5 months. Communication was timely and effective, including periodic 'no news is good news' updates. I would have no hesitation in using Easthams again, or recommending them to others.
