We found Burnett Barker to be both efficient and helpful throughout our recent successful house purchase and sale, particularly given the extra pressure due to the covid restrictions and the associated reduced stamp duty period coming to an end. Katy Raven provided an excellent personal service and always responded readily to requests for information on progress.

Thank you to Kirsten for bringing the sale of two geographically distanced properties to a successful completion. Kirsten communicated effectively with three executors including one in the USA, as well as liaising efficiently with various parties such as estate agents; sellers' conveyancers and other authorities. She ensured that there was a smooth progression and that legal and financial obligations were met. She conducted research of the properties and oversaw the property transactions by drafting contracts and bringing both sales to a smooth completion.

We would highly recommend Tianna for conveyancing services. She assisted with our property sale/purchase and offered a very professional service. She was always quick to respond to queries and kept us updated with proceedings during a lengthy process.

We worked with Bradley Bernett at Curwens on the purchase of our flat in London. Bradley was excellent! As a first time home buyer in the UK, we were very impressed with his attentiveness and professionalism through the entire process. Highly, highly recommend him.

Emily Boam recently helped me with my sale and purchase transactions. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed by the high level of service and would definitely recommend her to others.
