A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

This was our first experience of Tozers. We found them very professional and timely. Issues were brought up by other solicitors in dribs and drabs and dealt with straightaway. We were kept informed at every stage. They worked as a team and someone would always contact us.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

This is the only law firm that deals with overseas funds for property buying. My solicitor from the beginning was very easy to contact and would respond to our correspondence promptly, knowledgeable and courteous. The one thing I would have wanted more of would have been more explanations and instructions on what was next on each step of the process since it was a new and lengthy process for me. I needed constant clarification. But overall it was very professional and helpful.

My husband and I are so grateful to have had Ajesh throughout our purchase process, he was simply amazing! Throughout the process, he was always one step ahead, and would communicate every single detail to us. As an international buyer, I didn't really know much about the process, so I had lots of questions that Ajesh always kindly answered. We felt supported throughout the process, and we don't think we could have completed in time if we hadn't had Ajesh with us. We are so happy to have accepted our agent's recommendation to hire Ajesh!

Very efficient and considerate. Always kept up to date with how things was progressing especially as I live in France

Anne was instrumental in the sale of a French property owned by my sister. However there were still issues in that tax was due and the French Bank Account was still open. As my sister's husband was ill she was unable to travel in order to close the bank account. Anne Hale was approached and offered a very kind, caring approach to get everything dealt with and the balance transferred into the UK account.

This is the second time I have used Kalim at Elite Law for conveyancing . The first time was excellent service, very pro-active and professional. Therefore, the choice was simple to use him again. The service was just as good this time. Again he was pro-active, pushing to get completion in a very professional way.

Kirsty and the team were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact Kirsty easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Kirsty, Lauren and Sue!

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you
