“I recently had issues the title deeds to my my late parents property after the council wrongly registered the property in the councils name , after speaking to Mandy Stark she took it on board and sorted the mix up out as we had also at the time started the selling process of our parents house , so Mandy and Danielle Hull acted on our behalf and well done ladies as a stress free process as I could have wished for , Danielle was on the ball didn’t have to chase info , kept me in the loop what was happening with the council mix up , sorted that , just in time for the sale process, sent me all the required paperwork and filled in and sent back in plenty of time to exchange deeds and a week later completed sale, which start of sale to completion took approximately 2.5 months (no chain) , would recommend Mandy stark and Danielle’s services to others .”
