Alison and Ksenia were very helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable approaching them both, and I felt like they dealt with my property purchase professionally and efficiently. They have been a pleasure to deal with and i would use them again for any future purchases. With my own lack of experience, I felt confident in them knowing they were doing their job professionally and trusted them to help us buy our first home.

Regularly use W & AS Bruce for property purchase conveyancing. Excellent service every time. Highly recommended.

I used Neema for the purchase of my home. She was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the process.

Mark and his team deftly navigated my purchase, and prior sale, helping me swerve 2 disaster properties (one false advertising from Portico Dulwich, the other non-fire safe – with no firm plan or proposal from the managing agent regarding fixing it). They steered through very choppy waters to enable me to sail into the sunset with my final beautiful property, which turned out to be the best yet – and no legal issues either. I can only thank them whole heartedly and continue to recommend them to family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

My experience with Atkins Dellow has been a very positive one. Georgina Jones was assigned to undertake my house purchase and assist with the buyout from the current home. I can definitely say that Georgina was excellent to communicate with. When using solicitors in the past, it’s been very difficult to even speak to them on the phone. I can say that nine times out of ten, Georgina has always been available to talk, which I feel is very important when creating a rapport with the client. It makes it more personal. Georgina was very understanding about my situation which was of a sensitive nature and accommodated as best as she could. I genuinely felt supported and Georgina endeavoured to do what she could to achieve that. I always felt in the loop with updates and questions. Anything I struggled to understand was explained as this was my first time buying a house on my own. A phone call to Georgina to get clarity was never a problem. I’m so pleased I've managed to move into my new home earlier than expected. This is a new start in life for myself and two boys and Atkin Dellows were a big part of that. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Akins Dellow. A massive thank you to Georgina Jones and her supporting staff who helped through the whole process. Thank you Kind regards Paula Hill

We cannot recommend Kath highly enough! for going the extra mile in dealing with The Land Agency she provided a very professional service at a reasonable cost and we received some very good advice.

I first instructed Herington's and Jenna French on a flat sale back in 2023. Jenna was explained the whole process really well and responded to questions very quickly. The whole process went really quickly and smoothly that I asked Jenna to carry out a first registration for my Dads house earlier this year. Jenna was really helpful and was reassuring to my brother and I that needed the process to happen quickly. I couldn't fault the service we were given. At the end of 2024 my partner and I were buying a house and selling a flat so asked for Jenna's services again. There were a few complications this time that Jenna dealt with professionally and really well. I would recommend Jenna to anyone needing conveyancing. I felt really confident in Jenna. She responds well to queries, helps with understanding the process and is really personable.

Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!
