As there is a saying third time lucky. I was very pleased with the knowledge , expertise and professionalism that Will Ashton has provided for our lease hold flat purchase. That was the first time we used the company. Second time naturally went back for our fifth purchase. Again lease hold flat. Clare Brattan and Natalie Leece showed a great professionalism and great response to all of our questions and concerns. No doubt we are looking forward to working with them again. Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. Having purchased our previous home 25 years ago things had changed a bit! AtkinsDellow had been recommended by our estate agent, Georgina was duly assigned to us.
