We had quite a drawn out complicated chain of 5 to deal with, which to us took ages to sort out. Our estate agent was keen for me to encourage the team to progress the process which we did on 2 or 3 occasions. We usually talked to James Harvey but did deal with 3 other names including Lorraine King, our designated name. The process seems rather impersonal and I personally would have liked more idea of how the process was going. Perhaps the various stages, like searches done, contracts drawn up, signed mortgages through, etc could be apparent on the app. The app doesn't seem particularly useful. It all got done and worked out satisfactorily which was the main objective.

Amy Thomas is the person you'd want to be your solicitor. She helped my husband buy his property a few years back and then helped us sell it and buy our new property together. She has remained incredibly helpful and clear with her communication. The team that work closely with her were also consistently professional and quick to respond. We always felt in the loop with the entire process. Also, Amy is really kind. She is one of the very few professions who can certify marriage certificates and was so happy to organise and rearrange her diary to accommodate me. So grateful she helped us with one of the most stressful milestones in our lives! Knowing how shockingly awful the other solicitors were in our property purchase we were SO glad we went with Paul Robinson's after getting 3 quotes.
