Engaged the firm regarding a number of legal matters. One was dealt with correctly and no action taken on the others. The only response to phone calls was someone will call back or I will pass a message, letter and emails were generally ignored. I found this totally unprofessional. My wife chasing up outstanding points was told there were more important matters to deal with for other clients.
Despite paying£5000 up front for a probate case /will they hadn’t even started a claim even after 18 months kept fobbing us off . Lost two complete bundles of the case together with all our medical files . Have been mislead all along steer well clear . Then decided to ignore me up to this day never use this firm . Worst experience of out lives never even started a claim . Tim hardwicke had to leave . Could go on and on . DO NOT USE
