I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough. She has been absolutely exceptional throughout what has been a very difficult and stressful time. She has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable and proactive, and has always dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. What I have appreciated most is how approachable and supportive she has been. She has always taken the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening. I never once felt judged, which made such a difference during such a personal and difficult matter. She has gone above and beyond to keep things moving and has been particularly proactive in anticipating potential issues and finding ways forward. I have felt completely supported throughout the process and have had every confidence that my best interests are being looked after. I am extremely grateful for all her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor who is not only excellent at what she does, but also genuinely kind, understanding and approachable.
