So are use solicitors. Due to being being one of the cheapest. Communication at first was very poor, and very slow I ended up going with a different solicitors more local to where I live cost more but we end up completing in less than eight weeks.

You are better off avoiding this place. I was referred to them by the developer. The property documents that were supposedly sent arrived with a postmark dated a month later. Given that this process is already stressful, PCS Legal will give you extra to it. I changed solicitor and I didn’t get my retainer back.

I was disappointed at the poor service levels at PCS. It is very difficult to contact the team either via email or telephone. There were long delays on a simple transaction. I would not use them again

Great experience with LDN team I had excellent experience with LDN team, who did my remortgage conveyancing.

One star — poor communication and an unresolved request for my case file I instructed PCS Legal in connection with an auction property purchase. The experience was deeply stressful, and I was very unhappy with the service I received from Kylie Bourne. I found her attitude dismissive, and I did not feel she kept me properly informed when I needed clear advice and timely updates. I was dealing with a serious property issue, yet I felt I had to chase for information instead of being supported by the firm I had instructed. The problems have continued since PCS Legal stopped acting for me. I requested my complete case file on 8 September 2026. On 10 September, I was told the request had been passed to their data request team. I chased again on 18 September and 24 September. I am still waiting for the complete file and a meaningful explanation of when it will be provided. It is unacceptable to leave a former client repeatedly chasing records relating to their own case, especially when those records matter to an ongoing dispute. The poor communication, the way I felt I was treated, and the continuing lack of a substantive response have caused me considerable unnecessary stress. My experience of PCS Legal has been appalling, and I would not use or recommend them.
