He was incredibly attentive, professional and thorough, and worked so hard on my file to make sure everything was dealt with properly and as smoothly as possible. Cash kept me informed throughout, was always responsive whenever I had questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Words can’t put into context how much pcs Legal have helped us. We were lucky enough to have the lovely Christine and Kara! When I say these girl went above and beyond, they pushed us through so fast! Nudged when a nudge was needed. Don’t get me wrong we’re there quite times yes! But this was solely because of the sheer effort these girls were making behind the scenes to make our purchase go through not only within 3months but to ensure ever single issue or problem that came up was resolved promptly. They ensured we knew where we were every step of the way. We’d heard so much about the stress of solicitors and I can honestly say Christine and Kara took every bit of stress away for us. If you ever need a solicitor I would 100% recommend calling and asking for these girls! And if you both see this, thank you. Communication was a joke. I’d hear from them once a month if I was lucky. Emails ignored. Phone calls ignored. My estate agent tried chasing them too and got the same silence. They told me they’d never worked with a conveyancer this bad. The sale nearly collapsed entirely because of how long PCS dragged things out for no reason. I have the email correspondence to prove all of this, including one where the buyer’s own solicitor described PCS as the worst solicitor they had ever had to deal with. That is not my opinion. That is a legal professional on the other side of the transaction saying it. I filed complaint after complaint through their website. Not one was actually dealt with. It felt like shouting into a void. Their prices might look cheap, but that's because they pile on more cases than they can handle and let clients like me pay the price in stress, delays, and real financial loss. I was originally passed to them via Millennium Legal, who seem to only handle the identity checks before handing the actual case over to PCS to do the rest. If you're in the same position, my advice is to stop right there and go elsewhere, even if it means losing the money you've already paid Millennium. It will save you far more in the long run. This was the single worst professional experience of my life, and I would not wish it on anyone selling their home.

As a first time buyer, the whole process was obviously quite confusing, but Molly and her team were absolutely fantastic sending explanations, recommending new searches to complete and walking me through the process via their dashboard powered by MovinMeLtd. Overall, the process was uber fast, even including unavoidable delays, and email correspondence was always fast. They proactively respond to queries and talk on behalf of you with the seller(s) and their solicitors when you ask. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are a first time buyer like I was!
