I want to thank Paige, Maddy and the rest of the team at PCS Legal in Basildon! Both Paige and Maddy were excellent to work with and made the process of buying my first property much more easy and stress free!
From start to finish Paige was very meticulous with every detail in the process and handled all stages very promptly. And Maddy was also very helpful in the transaction and always responding to emails when I needed them!
Despite the slow solicitors the seller of the property had, Paige and Maddy were able to complete everything on time and exchange and complete my purchase before the initially agreed date!
The only little disappointment with PCS legal is their phone lines are always extremely busy. But they can be reached by email 24/7!
If you are looking for reliable, competitive and communicative conveyancers/solicitors then they are your go too! Highly recommended!
