Stay away. Also if you use OnTheMoov you will get these. Will not reply to any emails in a timely manner, sometimes just ignore them altogether. They tell you they’re going to call you back, then nobody does. Constant lies after lies.

No one will reply to your emails, no one will take a phone call, no one will ever ring you back. The most painful experience dealing with them.

You have to keep calling and chasing them for updates, as communication is poor and you're often given promises that aren't followed through. Progress on cases is extremely slow, resulting in unnecessary delays. I would not recommend their services.

Great service, great communication. All round a great experience. I felt safe in their hands and they guided me through the process well
