I recently used PCS Legal to complete a house purchase that stalled and ended up taking almost a year, and I could not be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the team were exceptionally professional, patient and proactive. I was in frequent contact with Eve, Ella and Molly, all of whom demonstrated a genuine commitment to getting the transaction completed. Their took the time to explain each stage clearly so I always knew what was happening. Excellent service from PCS Legal. We used them for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home, and were impressed throughout. Communication was consistently clear and professional, with regular updates so we always knew where things stood. Their online portal was especially useful: it kept updates, documents and communications together in one convenient place, making the process much easier to follow. Pricing was honest and transparent, with no unwelcome surprises. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but PCS Legal made the conveyancing process feel organised and well managed. We are very happy to recommend them.

Nobody ever calls you back or Even simple email would never use this firm again absolutely terrible way to treat customers

AVOID PCS LEGAL – DO NOT USE THEM FOR CONVEYANCING. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a solicitor. Repeated delays, emails and enquiries sitting unactioned for weeks, correspondence I had already provided not being forwarded, constant chasing required from me, and a formal complaint that has seemingly made no difference. We are now days away from our intended completion date and PCS appears to be the bottleneck holding up the entire chain. When I called to escalate, I was told there were "more pressing cases", repeatedly reminded that I had already raised a complaint, and told that the time spent speaking to me could instead be spent working on my file. I was also told that further escalation could result in my file not being worked on while the matter was being escalated. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE. I have kept a detailed record of the dates, delays and correspondence throughout this transaction. Once concluded, I intend to take my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PCS LEGAL.

Terrible service - I lost my £3000 help to buy bonus due to them “forgetting to claim it”. Nearly three months later and I still haven’t received the money. Took them about 2.5 months to admit they had forgot to claim it and they have refused to review the case file to check for any other mistakes as they “don’t offer this service”. Nobody will respond to your calls or emails - do yourself a favour and pick another firm

Luke Neale and Cassidy Clarke have been absolutely first class in our recent property move. When we first instructed we indicated that we hoped to complete in 12 weeks (knowing that was a fairly racey and optimistic timescale), and 12 weeks later we are in our new home! Thanks so much for your professional and expediant processing of searches, survey results consideration /enquiries, mortgage handling etc.; we're so happy we have completed with minimal hassle!
