Absolutely appalling service from PCS Legal. What should have been a simple transaction has turned into a four-week exercise in frustration and chasing. I have repeatedly contacted them through their platform, yet I cannot seem to get a proper response from an actual person. My basic ID checks have been sitting pending for four weeks, and there appears to be no urgency whatsoever to resolve them. Instead, I keep receiving generic, AI-generated messages about rules and procedures — plenty of automated waffle, but no actual answers, no meaningful communication, and, most importantly, no progress. If this is what they consider customer service, it is seriously lacking. Paying for a professional legal service should not mean spending weeks chasing a firm for basic communication and waiting for simple checks to be completed. Four weeks of waiting for something so basic is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication is even more frustrating than the delay itself.

If you’re looking for solicitors or conveyancers, you will be in the best hands with PCS Legal. Their level of professionalism, responsiveness and wealth of knowledge was incredibly impressive. Selling a property for the first time was a very stressful and at times daunting experience, but Kiera, Holly and the wider team put me at ease every step of the way. Kiera was the person I dealt with most throughout the sale and was consistently patient, reassuring and incredibly helpful. She always took the time to explain things clearly and never once made me feel as though I was asking a silly question. Holly was also a great support, and I’m very grateful to Leanne and the whole team for the way they handled the transaction from start to finish. I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process and always felt confident that they knew exactly how to handle each issue as it arose. I cannot recommend PCS Legal highly enough. A huge thank you to Kiera, Holly, Leanne and the rest of the team for helping me navigate such a stressful process with so much professionalism and care.

10/10 for PCS Legal - a breath of fresh air in respect of conveyancing solicitors. We know what bad looks like in this field - we have had firsthand experience, happily though, we had a very positive experience with PCS Legal while dealing with the sale of our rental property. From start to finish, the team, led by Adam Hennessy were professional and responsive. The online setup was easy to navigate and the portal accessible at all times, was useful. Our phone calls were answered swiftly without being put on hold and Adam was in fact very proactive at keeping us informed throughout what was at times a challenging process. He was our trusted advisor and we were reassured to have him onside. Adam was knowledgeable, approachable and worked hard to keep everything moving towards completion. We particularly appreciated his clear communication and willingness to answer our questions and deal with issues as they arose. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team at PCS Legal to anyone looking for a professional and reliable conveyancing team. Extremely disappointing experience. I chose Millennium Legal specifically because of their excellent reviews, but my case was then passed to PCS Legal without any clear explanation. What should have been a straightforward, chain-free purchase has become unnecessarily drawn out through poor communication, incorrect enquiries and repeated administrative failures. My share-of-freehold property was initially handled as though it were a conventional managed leasehold, despite me explaining the arrangements, wasting valuable time. More seriously, I repeatedly asked for my parents' required ID checks to be arranged. We were told an ID link would be sent, but it never arrived. Months later, I discovered after repeatedly chasing Millennium Legal myself that there was apparently no request on file. This outstanding check is now the only thing holding up exchange. I have also been told I cannot receive my property report until this is resolved, despite the delay in resolving it not being caused by me. I am now being pressured to progress by the other side while I haven't even been given the report on the property I'm buying. Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I have had to constantly chase and effectively project-manage my own conveyancing. I have now raised a formal complaint and requested that another solicitor review my file before I exchange because I have lost confidence in how it has been handled. I chose Millennium Legal because of their reputation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
