Mr Pickford (Kai) deserves a promotion or raise, in my eyes he went above and beyond, not by my request but off his own back to secure my purchase in the time frame i requested for my family. He explained steps to me, reassured me when actions outside of our control were in motion, his knowledge is vast and his character is a delight, I knew me and my family were in good hands. I emailed my solicitor 2 weeks ago for an update but have not received a response yet. I then have to call in to speak with a representative to get an update which was eventually relayed to me. I feel I’m being left in the dark and begging for updates.

Zero communication and then hounded for repeat instruction when my buyer pulled out of sale. I had to beg multiple times for the return of my original documents. Shoddy customer service. I would never instruct them again for conveyancing.

My previous experience with other solicitors had all been poor - that everything would take ages, that they were impossible to get hold of. Seeking an alternative, I went online and PCS came top of the list for recommended solicitors. What service?

They never call back. No correspondence whatsoever. Even if you drive to office no one has the courtesy to see you other than the receptionist.

Megan and the team at PCS Legal in Rayleigh were helpful from day one of our move right through until our completion. It was a 15 month journey! I felt as though I knew Megan by the end of it all,even though we never met! Emails and telephone calls were always responded to quickly and certainly within a couple of days,either by Megan or one of the team.
