Avoid avoid and avoid!!! They’re terrible, they don’t get back to you! They never reply on the portal. They’re this cheap for a reason, pay a little extra and find a better company. They have made me pay fees because they didn’t reach deadlines they knew they had to. I’ve spoken to several people they’ve all had the same issues. We are currently in the process to take legal actions against the company.

I was recently selling my house to my daughter and decided it would be better to use PCS Legal for our sale and purchase with it being within our family. From my sales side the team representing me as excellent throughout. Unfortunately Rochelle’s / Maisie Team who represented my daughters purchase I have to sadly say we’re disgraceful in how they conducted their communication and lack of professionalism in assisting my daughter. We constantly had to chase them up from start to finish, we made it clear well before time what our deadline was and still they did not carry out necessary actions on time and due to this the sale/purchase did not go through unfortunately. We had so much stress dealing with this particular team and even at the end they never bothered informing us their team were off on bank holiday weekend (Friday) which then ended our sale/purchase. This particular team is named RFR TEAM senior Solicitor Rochelle and her assistant Maisie Jenkins. We have formally lodged a COMPLAINT and hope to hear the response which I can update you. We have also requested our purchase to be dealt with another Team in PCS Legal once we have reassurance they will conduct a professional service as solicitors are expected to do so. Best Regards

Absolutely appalling service from PCS Legal. What should have been a simple transaction has turned into a four-week exercise in frustration and chasing. I have repeatedly contacted them through their platform, yet I cannot seem to get a proper response from an actual person. My basic ID checks have been sitting pending for four weeks, and there appears to be no urgency whatsoever to resolve them. Instead, I keep receiving generic, AI-generated messages about rules and procedures — plenty of automated waffle, but no actual answers, no meaningful communication, and, most importantly, no progress. If this is what they consider customer service, it is seriously lacking. Paying for a professional legal service should not mean spending weeks chasing a firm for basic communication and waiting for simple checks to be completed. Four weeks of waiting for something so basic is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication is even more frustrating than the delay itself.

If you’re looking for solicitors or conveyancers, you will be in the best hands with PCS Legal. Their level of professionalism, responsiveness and wealth of knowledge was incredibly impressive. Selling a property for the first time was a very stressful and at times daunting experience, but Kiera, Holly and the wider team put me at ease every step of the way. Kiera was the person I dealt with most throughout the sale and was consistently patient, reassuring and incredibly helpful. She always took the time to explain things clearly and never once made me feel as though I was asking a silly question. Holly was also a great support, and I’m very grateful to Leanne and the whole team for the way they handled the transaction from start to finish. I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process and always felt confident that they knew exactly how to handle each issue as it arose. I cannot recommend PCS Legal highly enough. A huge thank you to Kiera, Holly, Leanne and the rest of the team for helping me navigate such a stressful process with so much professionalism and care.
