Megan joined PCS Legal in 2018 and is a Licensed Conveyancer and the Practice Manager at our Rayleigh office, with 10 years’ conveyancing experience. Megan manages a conveyancing team, including Amy Kelly (Assistant), Charlotte Terry (Administrator) and Daisy Daniels (Administrator). She specialises in residential conveyancing including shared ownership sales and purchases, Right to Buy and Help to Buy Loan redemptions. Megan has also handles sales, purchases and re-mortgages that fall under the Building Safety Act 2022. Megan has a law degree from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as a Diploma in Paralegal Practice. In 2021, she completed her CLC training alongside working full time during the stamp duty holiday and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Megan and the team at PCS Legal in Rayleigh were helpful from day one of our move right through until our completion. It was a 15 month journey! I felt as though I knew Megan by the end of it all,even though we never met! Emails and telephone calls were always responded to quickly and certainly within a couple of days,either by Megan or one of the team.
We were kept up to date at every step.
There were no hidden surprises and we were given the fee right at the start.
We would certainly recommend this company!

I was referred to PCS Legal by Conveyancing Index and was matched with Megan Hunt and her team (Amy, Charlotte, Daisy). They were all great from start to finish with both my sale and purchase. They handled both which made it much easier to discuss and line them all up. They were always happy to answer the phone, or my many emails, to make sure I understood things and give me status updates. Amy was particularly helpful closer to completion with my many questions and advice with Help to Buy repayments. I would recommend Megan & her team, and PCS Legal, and would use them again.

Megan and her team recently worked on our flat sale and house purchase (both shared ownership)
The team got everything sorted really quickly and Lauren in particular was brilliant, going above and beyond to make sure we completed within the timescale we wanted.
I’d definitely recommend.
