    Wouldn't touch again, even if I was desperate!!

    Late responses, unaware of a property being sold to fund new house so had a circa £30k bill unexpectedly. EVERYTHING was slow and confusing. I bought my property in June '25 and received y deeds to the property in Sept '26 - I think that says it all!!

Secondly it is the land registry hat register your title and unfortunately have serve delays – as per our advice to you.     Slow to start but all systems go when ready to complete

    I found them to be slow in the first few months. Not much communication unless i quired something. Then our of the blue given 3 days to complete. Things very fast paced then. Only other criticism was i was asked for the same info by different people. But im happy with the service I had and the price was very reasonable.

    PCS Legal took over from another company that had proved to be less than professional. They took over and simply got on with it. Unfortunately, the sale proved to be long and protracted due to problems 'in the chain', but I was updated regularly.
