I cannot believe how incredible this team have been! From start to finish, we have not had a single hiccup. Eleanor & her team dealt with our case so professionally, on time and were so helpful, especially as we were buying our first home and did not have a clue about the legal information! I literally cannot recommend PCS Legal enough, and although we received cheaper quotes, we are SO glad we went with PCS because they have been nothing short of amazing! I especially liked the online portal that I could log in to, check the milestone tracker of our case, and message our solicitors via the handy message app instead of going back and forth on emails and phone calls! I had heard horror stories about nightmare solicitors, so went into it feeling quite skeptical, but they've absolutely changed our minds, and we will 100% be using them going forward!! A special mention to Alanna R who dealt with the majority of our enquiries - you are incredible!

I am beyond happy I had the help of PCS legal as a first time buyer. I am a first time buyer and this whole process (outside of PCS legal!) has been very overwhelming and mostly not enjoyable. However, Eleanor McHugh from PCS Legal has been absolutely amazing. She answered ALL my ridiculous first time buyer questions, of which I sometimes asked more than once and she always reassured me there was no such thing as a stupid question! She helped me understand all the documents that were sent through to me (of which there were many) and any questions I had that needed responses from the sellers solicitors, she would find out straight away. At no point did it come across to me that I was bothering anyone at PCS legal. Which I am sure I was! I had some issues with the seller and the estate agent contacting me, putting a lot of pressure on me, rushing me, asking me questions I simply did not know the answer too, and as a first time buyer with no real clue as to what is going on, I started to get quite uncomfortable. I let Eleanor know and she instructed me to send them her way, taking huge pressure off me, and taking the brunt of it essentually. I am very thankful for this. From the offer being accepted to me getting the keys, this took 3 months on the dot. Everytime I contacted Eleanor I had a reply on the same day, or the very next. She was always polite and cheery, just a real pleasure to comunicate with. I also like that this is all run with an online portal, all the milestones can be seen and what day they were completed, documents are uploaded and can be found all within one place, the details of the purchase with everyones contact numbers and emails, it is just a really great clear system. This is preferable for me as someone who is absolutely fine with technology, for someone a fair bit older, this could be an issue. The only odd thing for me was the extent of bank documents I had to provide. I could show my deposit within 6 years of bank statements (this might be considered excessive, but this didnt bother me!) however they stated they needed to see the account from £3,000 onwards. This equated to 14 years worth of bank statement, I made them aware of this however they still required it. I completely understand they need to check for money laundering offences, but I think because I could show the deposit and more within 6 years, ligitimetly from my salary, I found it quite invasive sending my bank statements from the age of 16 onwards. But I understand they are tied to their procedures in these circumstances! Overall I have had a wonderful experience with PCS legal, I had heard horror stories about solicitors not replying to people, and this process dragging on for 6-8 months or more for no real reason, this clearly does not happen here. I will be recommending PCS legal to all of my friends when they start buying their first properties. Who ever dealt with me at PCS legal at some point, of course inclding the wonderful Eleanor McHugh, thank you. Thank you for making this quite difficult process that much easier. When / if I go through this again, I will absolutely be back.

This was my first time selling a home on my own. I have to say PCS were incredible. Answered every question some of them stupid on my part. We’re really great at keeping me up to date on what was needed and progress. Big big thanks to Eleanor who was my case manager and her team. Who were brilliant. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. And really affordable prices too. In fact I’d go as far as to say. That the price is too low for the amazing service. Thank you thank you thank you.

Used PCS Legal to sell a property. I was initially concerned about the mostly email/portal contact process but replies were swift and when required I did manage to speak to a human. I would just like to say that Eleanor was excellent and caring also the Emerald team. I expected delays as the completion was just after the March/April stamp duty change but I really didn't notice any delays or slow responses. I would definitely use PCS again.
