    Best solicitors ive ever used, Sonia Frasener and her team were fantastic with my move, always kept me up to date and informed, I never had to pester to find out whats happening. Had issues getting the keys and they didnt let me down, stayed late and gave constant updates on the situation. What was a stressful move was made better with this solicitor.

    I was really sceptical about using an online solicitor to sell my property after hearing of horror stories . . but the PCS Opal team, with a special shout out to Sonia and Elizabeth, were bang on it from the off . . often chasing me!! . . whole experience was first class and i will 100% use again on my next sale!

    Conveyancing is a complex and difficult business. We had some difficulty when we initially instructed PCS Legal because the initial communication was slow and we were in a hurry to get to completion. This was due to unexpected staff shortage at an unfortunate time. We were worried that we would miss our vital deadline for house purchase completion. However, when we were able to establish good communication with PCS Legal their office was polite, helpful, and most importantly, they came through where it counted for us. It was very important to us to complete before SDLT changes came into effect, and we were at a point in the timeline where it was possible, but where no conveyancer was able to guarantee this. Despite this, despite the staff shortages, and despite what must have been huge pressure from elsewhere, PCS Legal took our 1st priority (speed, meeting the deadline) seriously and worked diligently and rapidly to get our house purchase over the line. We met the deadline with a few days to spare, something we are very grateful for. Thankyou so much to the staff at PCS Legal for coming through for us where it counted most, despite what must have been a challenging, busy, and difficult few months for their staff.
