    Excellent service

    Nikita King and her team were excellent throughout. Dealt with any issues quickly. The website used to enter all your details, certificates etc was professional and easy to use . I was really impressed that the funds from our house sale were transferred on the same day .

    I have since recommended PCS Legal to friends and family. My son is currently working with you on the back of my experience working with you and your team. Our situation broke on Exchange day, but that was to do my buyers making unrealistic demands to lower the price, thinking they had us over a barrel. Throughout the process their legal team were, putting it mildly, lack luste, whilst PCS remained professional driving the process. We intend to to re start the process in the Spring and I will only use my Dream Team' to get this process across the line.

    I found the experience easier than I thought because any issues or questions I was able to get hold of pcs legal very easily and they helped me or advised me of what I asked for from start to finish brilliant would definitely be my first choice next time.

    We bought a plot of land from a neighbour and they gave us a very good price compared to local companies who wanted thousands. The whole process is manged online through a portal and it tells you what to do, as soon as you do your bit, the process keeps moving forward until completion. Any delay was actually due to us being slow uploading documents, which is a couple of hours admin but not much more. I spoke to the team when I had a question and they were professional and knowledgeable. Harry and Nikita were faultless in their roles and whilst it may be just paperwork to them but it's a beautiful garden for us. Thankyou for all the work.
